This by implementing robust processes for collecting and analyzing data and initiating improvement programs.
This training is designed for all levels within the company, and for everyone with an interest in data, facts and graphics.
Target group
The 6-Sigma Black Belt certification is design for everyone who is responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing and for 6-Sigma Green Belts. The program can be applied in manufacturing processes, as in the service- and health sector.
Certification
Before you get your certificate (about 6 months after the start of the training), it’s necessary you comply to the following terms:
You have:
- attended 75% of the classes
- completed 1 DMAIC project succesfully according to the 6-Sigma Standard (the selection of the projects happens in consultation with your personally assigned Master Blackbelt ) with a saving of 50.000€ and/or a gap-reduction of 75% for your company.
- a testscore of 75% on your theoretical exam
Study method
- You follow this course during 6 days, on Monday, except during school holidays.
- A Master Black Belt coaches you during your project.
- To make sure that you are on the right track, you are connected online with you Master Black Belt. Attention, for a reduced rate, your company can get all the help from your Master Black Belt!

- Participants: Maximum participants is 14
- Target group: All levels within the company, with an interest in data, facts and graphics. It’s not necessary to have a Green Belt certificate.
